  1. SEND EMAIL to support.  (this will automatically create a support ticket)

  1. CHECK EMAIL - About 5 minutes after your request is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the Subject Line "Your ticket has been created"

  2. SUPPORT will prioritize the request and email you


NOTE:  You can add to your case, by replying to an email (double-check the subject line).
