HOW TO Report Development Bugs via a Help Ticket
For each individual issue or bug identified during the testing process, please log a ticket using the following steps:
- Email Help@Outsource-Consultants.com.
- Include the following:
- A subject line that starts with: "RPP - "
- Describe the scenario & problem. Provide as much detail as possible, even if it seems like overkill.
- Provide a link to the page where the issue occurred
- Include a screenshot of the issue

Issue Lifecycle
- Tim will update the help desk tickets and push to sprints
- Tim will close the desk ticket
- Tim will order the sprint tasks and assign out to the team
- After the work is completed, the assigned tech will do the following:
- Document work completed in the task
- Change the Status to "TESTING (verifying)"
- Tag Tim in a comment
- Assign the task to Tim
Tim will test the work completed:
- DEFECT - If there's rework, Tim will tag the developer and move the ticket back to waiting status
- FIXED DEFECT - If the work was completed satisfactorily, Tim will change the task Status to "DONE (Complete)"
